Weeping willow

no leaves on branches. Dry looking, alive very few leaves...How can we make it "healthy"

At this point, there's probably not much you can do. Weeping willows are short-lived trees that often show a lot of dieback. You can wait and see how the tree responds as the spring progresses, but there's no way to bring back the dead parts. These trees do require lots of moisture so be sure the plant is well mulched.
