Webs on scrubs

There are webs that are increasing in my scrubs. What are they and what can I do about them?

This is the time of year when spider webs are more commonly found on junipers and other evergreen shrubs, especially in hot, dry weather. You need not do anything--spiders are beneficial to the garden--other than keep your shrubs watered during extended dry weather. It will be important to go into winter with shrubs that have adequate ground moisture.
