Spraying apple trees
Live in Xenia, OH and last year our apple trees did not yield as nice fruit as it did the previous year. The apples were small and had some type of bug; making bad spots in the fruit before they even were picked from the tree. I am pretty sure we need to spray them this year but would like to know if you agree and if so what type of spray could we use?. Thanks
Hi, To have spotless fruit you need to spray your trees. I would suggest you buy a home orchard spray (available at most garden centers) and follow label directions for spray times and amounts.
