Sick Dogwood tree

We bought a home in Souderton, Pennsylvania in December. It has 2 dogwood trees. One looks like it is dying. It's leaves are a weird color and they are curled. Almost looks like they are drying out. Both trees have green buds on them but no flowers are appearing. What can we do? Sally

Well it's hard to say what's going on without seeing the tree. I'd take a sample to your local extension service or garden center for an evaluation. Keep in mind that dogwoods are also not long-lived trees that have a number of diseases that strike them frequently.
