Powdery Mildew

Hi, Powdery Mildew is a very common fungus that attacks a wide range of plants, particularly during wet, humid weather. Once you see it on your plants, there's nothing you can do to prevent it, but at least in most cases, it does not cause the death of the plant. It just makes them look bad. If it occurs over several  years, though, it can weaken the plant. The only way to combat it is to apply a fungicide before the mildew begins to appear. Otherwise, you'll just have to wait till spring to do anything.
