Non Blooming

Kousa Dogwood has not bloomed since being planted 10 years ago. It just gets leaves.

Without knowing more about the situation it's very difficult to make an educated guess here. Give us more details to go on and resubmit your question. If it helps, inadequate sunlight is often the cause of insufficient blooming, but without knowing more about your location, plant, etc I'm just guessing."
