No Blooms on my Hydrangea

I have a hydrangea that is 5 yrs old. It has not bloomed for 3 years. I live in central wisconsin. I use miracid for fertilizer. Do you have any idea what could be causing this problem?

Stop fertilizing with Miracid; the 30-10-10 formulation promotes green leafy growth at the expense of blooms. Fertilize your Hydrangea just once each year, in spring. Apply a slow-release granular fertilizer with a high-phosphorous fertilzer like 10-30-10. Phosphorous promotes blooms.
