Early frost and too late to plant?
I live in zone 8 and have already had 2 frost. Is it too late to plant my 2 fig trees and 2 blueberry bushes? Should I transplant them into larger pots and keep them inside during winter?

Now is the best time to plant trees and shrubs in the south. The plants' roots will grow throughout the winter and be well settled in before the heat of summer arrives next year.
