dwarf weeping tree

mostly sunny 18' X 28' bed, zone 7, well draining. I want a dwarf ornamental tree that will complement my flower plantings in the bed, with mostly pinks, yellows, blues.

"How about Twisty Baby black locust from www.monrovia.com. It has interesting contorted branching, is drought tolerant, and grows quickly but only to about 12 feet tall. A more traditional choice might be a weeping cherry or pussy willow.
