Dead heading spent flowers on Crape Myrtles

"Do I remove the spent flowers from my Crape Myrtle tree? There are small leaves growing on them? If so where do i cut them off? Thank you"

No, you don't need to remove the faded flowers. With a little bit of rain or wind, your Crape Myrtle (Lagerstromea indica) will drop it's own spent blooms.
