danica arborvitae tree

How do you care for a danica arborvitae tree? The needles are turning brown.

Thuja occidentalis 'Danica' is a small shrub that doesn't get more than 2 feet by 2 feet. It needs regular watering and should be kept out of windy areas. Shear it to keep the rounded shape it takes on in the landscape. You could cut out some of the brown spots that way.
