Humus/manure versas compoist

I found a product at the nursery call Humus/manure. The directions for use was similar to compost. What is the difference what and how it is used compared bags labeled compost ? I've had trouble finding a light weight compost. Any brands you can suggest?

"Hi
I can't really recommend any national brands on the compost question because they are generally regionally or locally produced. Humus/manure is probably a rotted manure product, but I've never seen a package with that labeling. Humus is generally rotting leaves/organic matter and soil. Ultimately, it's a lot like compost, but this product sounds like it has more manure in it. Because these bagged products weigh a lot, they don't ship well so it truly comes down to what you can find locally since shipping heavy bags isn't cost effective for most companies. You'll just have to shop around."
