Plant size

Do bigger seeds produce bigger plants?

Submitted by frances71mikesell

Hi, Seed size in one packet of seeds should not vary too much. Some plants naturally have larger seeds than others (melons, for example, have much larger seeds than lettuce), but within a species the size should not matter. Freshness is more important to good germination.
