what should I do?

I just bought a rose plant and planted it like the care instructions said. there were beautiful blooms (big pink flowers) but right after that we had a storm and all the petals blew off. should I leave it alone or should I prune it? I don't remember the type of rose but it looks like an old fashion rose.

Just leave your rose alone. If you like, you can remove the faded flowers, but you don't need to prune it at all. The plant should rebloom, unless it's a really old-fashioned type that blooms just once a year."
