when do I cut back my roses for the winter?

Hi, Sorry we've taken so long to get back to you. Our service was being rebuilt for about a month so we have a backlog of questions. Do not prune your roses in the fall. Wait until early spring and do it when the plants are dormant, just before they begin new growth in the spring.
