Flowering rose bush..no flowers

My climbing rose bush does not flower. It gets approx. 5 hours of morning sunlight. Is this not enough sunlight to get it to flower?? I live in zone 5.

Roses bloom best in full sun, but 5 hours of morning light should be adequate to get at least some bloom. Has your climbing rose never bloomed? Does it die back to the ground over winter? Do you prune it heavily? Many climbing roses bloom only on old wood. If winter temperatures are too cold or if the shoots are pruned off, the plant won't bloom.
