When should I prune my "Indian Feather Passionate Blush" perennial?

I have a perennial called "Indian Feather Passionate Blush". When should I prune it? In the early spring or fall?

Thanks for writing! I'm guessing your plant is botanically a Guara. Happily, this perennial doesn't care when you cut it back --- you can do so after first frost in autumn or leave it all winter and cut it back in the spring. It really doesn't matter to the plant --- just do it when it's most convenient for you!
