Stella d'Oro Lillies
Thanks for writing. When they're established and happy, 'Stella d'Oro' daylilies will bloom on and off all summer and fall. But if the plants aren't happy because of factors such as too much shade/needing dividing/tough soil conditions/etc., they won't bloom as much. Likewise, they tend to bloom less in cooler climates than they do in the South.
Do you cut the stalks off your plants after all the flowers fade? That will help them rebloom faster because they can put more energy into blooming instead of making seeds.
