My husband remembers a large (2-4 ft) tall plant in Indiana that had clumps of large white flowers. We recently saw this plant in northern MN. but can't find the name. He remembers it as a "snowball bush". I've looked at all the BHG perennials and can't find a plant that looks like it. Any ideas on the name of the plant? Thanks, Mary
Several plants may be called snowball bush. The most common one is 'Annabelle' hydrangea. It grows about 3-4 feet tall and has large clusters of white flowers, and would be hardy in northern Minnesota.
