Sedum Losing Leaves

I just planted several Sedums early this Spring and they were doing very well until a few weeks ago. all of the blooms are still intact, but all the leaves are gone. I do not know if heavy rain caused the leaves to drop or if an animal or insect have gotten onto my patio and have eaten them. Any ideas?

Did you see evidence of fallen leaves? If the leaves drop off, they normally would turn yellow or tan first, then drop. And you should be able to see the fallen leaves near the plant.  I'm not aware of any animal that prefers sedums over other plants, but it's certainly possible that rabbits, squirrels, groundhogs, or some other pest has been eating them.
