No flowers on my Lavender plant

Why is my lavender not blooming? I recently bought a small Lavender plant, (they are very rare in Egypt/Alexandria) were I live so I was so happy to find one , this one is growing quite well but no flowers, what kind of fertilizer can I give it.

Lavender is a summer flowering plant. I suspect that yours simply is not mature enough yet this year to be flowering size. Give it some time and longer daylengths to get to the flowering stage.

Lavender does not like high fertility, so fertilize sparingly if at all. An all-purpose fertilizer which has equal amounts of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium would be a good product to use.
