Thanks for writing. Lavatera does best in a spot with full sun and well-drained soil. How moist is your plant? Some varieties of lavatera are susceptible to rot if the ground stays too wet for too long --- and this can cause yellow, wilty-looking growth. Or if your plant is in a dry place, it could also be drying out --- does it get much rain or watering from a hose at all?
Some varieties of lavatera have a long bloom season; others have a shorter bloom season.
