what can I plant to control erosion?

Thanks for writing. Fast-growing groundcovers such as lily-of-the-valley, creeping Jenny, sweet woodruff, and lamium are classic choices --- but there are many others you can choose from, depending if you have a sunny or shady spot, moist or wet soil, etc.
