Sunny Plants in Shady Area

I live in Central TX; in Feb a professional installed a new landscape under a large Ash tree which is in full leaf from Apr - Nov. The plants are Cherry Sage;Golden Lantana; Mini Hawthornes; Copper Canyon Daisy; and Rosemary. Only a few of the Hawthorne are thriving; the daisy is billowing all over but no buds or blooms; the sage is blooming where it gets some sun, but not in other areas; the lantana is spreading with some blooming; Don't these need sun? Can I move them now? HELP!!!???

Yes, please transplant all of these plants to a sunny area. Fall is the best time to move them.
