Fencing mail order resources

In the latest issue of Deck, Patio, & Pool on page 90 was an article about putting up a corner picket fence and planting a garden bed. A mail order kit was used for the fence according to the article by Luke Miller, but no listing for the manufacturer was in the resources section. Who was the manufacturer, and how can I order this kit?
