Disguise a flower bed

How can I hide a brace from a power pole that is in the middle of my corner bed where I want to put a fountain or water feature?

Well that's a hard one. Your only option is to plant something that will grow tall and narrow in the back of the bed that might hide the brace. You don't say where you live, but I'm a big fan of arborvitae because it grows tall and slender and is green all year long.
