Rolly polly bugs, commonly called sowbugs, do no harm to your garden. In fact, they help break down organic matter to improve your soil. I'd leave them alone. The product you've used will help prevent slugs, but it won't stop ants, but again, ants do no harm to garden plants either. It's the slugs that are the pests. You can use a slug and snail bait to eradicate them.
