Hi, Once earwigs or any other pest gets inside your peppers there's not much you can do. The best thing to do is to keep the plants as clean as possible, not letting fruit rot on the ground or on the plant, removing dead foliage in the fall, etc. Keep in mind that often the pest inside the fruit is there only because it found a way inside, but that the original holes are caused by environmental conditions such as the fruit being overripe. However, if you want to use chemical controls you can use a product called Ortho Bug-B-Gon Insect Dust following label and application directions. Personally, I don't like to use chemicals of any kind on my veggies and feel that with excellent growing conditions most plants will be able to fend off problems themselves.  I would be sure I was doing everything possible to have very healthy peppers (full sun, rich, organic soil, regular watering, etc) before I used chemical controls.
