Brown leaf tips and yellowing leaves could be an indication of low humidity or under- or over-watering. Try grouping your dracaena with other plants to raise the humidity in the vicinity of the plant. Or place it on a pebble tray filled with water. (Make certain that the bottom of the pot doesn't sit in the water.) As the water evaporates from the tray, it will increase the humidity. Water the soil when it feels dry to the touch an inch or so below the surface.
