What kind of care do maidenheir ferns need to sucessfully grow inside?
Maidenhair fern (Adiantum) is native to temperate woodlands, so it enjoys rich, slightly moist soil and indirect light. It is sensitive to dry air and does best indoors when it is grown in a terrarium or glass enclosure. In nature, these ferns thrive in cool, humid situations. Unless you can match these conditions, the plants have a tendency to dry up quickly.
