Making large pots lighter

Is there a safe and lightweight product that can be placed in the bottom portion of very large pots to reduce the overall weight of the entire container?

For years, I used styrofoam peanuts. (You have to make sure you don't get the kind that dissolve in water.) The drawback is that they're a real mess when you have to repot. Several new products on the market simplify the heavy-pot dilemma. Ups-a-Daisy are round disc inserts for pots. (ups-a-daisy.com) And Better Than Rocks are large sponges that fill up the pot bottoms.
