care of pointsettier plant(potted)

I would like to know how to care for a pointsettier plant through the summer,it seems to be gone, but I think I should be doing something for it.

Hi, Well if you want to keep it going, you can move it outside after frost danger has passed. Place it in a protected spot that gets filtered sunlight and you can slowly move it to a sunnier spot over time. However, I must say that I'm not a big fan of keeping poinsettias because they are difficult to get to rebloom and are just so inexpensive at holiday time, it's much easier to buy one. If it were me, I'd toss your one on the compost pile.
