where to find plants

Thanks for writing. The plants should all be commonly available on the market, so the first place I'd start for most of these is your local garden center --- that's where you're most likely to find the largest plants. If they don't carry them, they should be able to order the plants for you.

If none of the plants are available from your local garden center, then you'll want to check with mailorder nurseries such as:
