What can I do about my herbs and pests?

I needs help with my herbs. I have a cilantro plant that has tiny white egg sacks on the back of the leafs and now about half of my plant the leafs are very thin and holy. I haven't seen any bugs but I don't have the best eye either. This is my first year growing a garden. Other herbs I have are rosemary, basil, mint, peppermint, ,lavendar, chamomile, parsley, dill, oregano, & thyme. A few of the herbs have small white spotting on the top side of the leaf should I spray a pesticide? Help

Since these may be used in cooking  (I assume), you should be careful what you spray. Try some organic/natural products, but be sure to follow label instructions (especially how long to wait after treating before you harvest).
