"Rust Spots" on Leaves

Hi. I have a two year old Hibiscus that I grew from seed. It is in a container still (I will plant it in the ground soon) and the leaves are developing ""rust spots"" over most of the leaves. Can you tell me what this is and how to handle the problem? Thank you.

There are several fungal leafspot diseases which can attack hibiscus. Most are not severe, but if the plant is losing leaves or being disfigured, you may want to spray a fungicide such as Mancozeb to control the fungus.
