Planting in a swimming pool area
Thanks for writing. That's actually kind of a tough question because there aren't a lot of plants that tolerate levels of chlorine. If the splashing is only occassional, it shouldn't kill the plants, but it may cause some damage to the foliage when it gets on them.
In general, you'll probably want to go with ornamental grasses and other plants that don't drop a lot of foliage, flower petals, etc. that could make keeping the pool clean a difficult chore.
