Hi, Peacock jasmine is best grown as an indoor plant. It can tolerate varying light levels from full sun to partial shade. It does best in a rich, loamy, but somewhat sandy soil and fertilizer every other month or so during the growing season. It is not possible to plant this tropical outdoors in Connecticut. You can enjoy it for the summer on a porch or patio, but it's very frost sensitive so get it in the house before cool weather hits.
