How do I make homemade hummingbird nectar?

I saw a recipe last summer, I'm not sure where and I thought it was one of your magazines, on how to make homemade hummingbird nectar. I think it was 1 cup of sugar to 3 cups of water, then boil it and allow it to cool to room temperature before putting it in the feeder. Thank you very much, Judith Harvey judithlharvey@live.com
