Foundation plant suggestions for Zone 8

i live in a zone 8 area. My front yard faces southwest and gets a lot of sun specially in the summer. What are some easy maintenance plants i can use near my foundation that look somewhat like an English garden? Right now i have a Mexican sage that blooms purple and would love to add something to spruce up the place that compliments it. Thank you

Foundation plantings on the southwest side of the home will need to have tolerance to drought, full sun, and heat. You can do an advanced search in our plant encyclopedia and select those qualities (as well as such things as flower color, plant height, and your Zone) to get a list of plants that should work for your situation. A short list to get you started: lavender, agastache, purple coneflower, and Shasta daisy.
