Plum tree care
Hi, Sorry this answer was delayed. Our Garden Doctor service was down for a month for repairs. You don't say what kind of pests you saw on your tree or describe any symptoms so I can't be of too much help. Keep in mind that fruit trees generally bear heavily one year and go thinner the next. They can be very cyclical in nature. A young plum tree like this should require almost no pruning unless you have broken or dead branches.
