No fruit on banana tree
Live in south Florida where banana trees are all over. Mine gets sun most of the day. It is 3 years old. Not sure why there has been no fruit.
Bananas are heavy feeders and require a lot of moisture. A slow-release granular fertilizer would be a good idea. Also, make sure the plant gets a deep soaking once a week. Before the plant sets fruit, it will send up shoots near the base called pups. If you're seeing pups, that's a good sign that the plant will set fruit.
