Will my grapes stay seedless if others are planted nearby?

I have planted seedless grapes in my yard and my neighbor wants to put in grapes with seeds, but they are not going to eat the fruit. If they put in the purple-leaf grape plant, that you don't eat the fruit, will my seedless grape stay seedless?
