What do Elephant Ears look like as a "baby" plant?

I was given a baby plant that they claimed was elephant ears and I am just unsure. I was wondering what elephant ears looked like as a baby plant. This one has what looks like could possibly be the makings of the giant leaves but they are velvet to the touch. Please help!

Young elephant ears are basically just tiny versions of the larger plant. The leaves will be quite small at first, possibly just a couple of inches long. THe plant wont' produce the giant leaves it's known for until it gets quite a bit larger. However, that same elephant ear leaf shape should be fairly apparent even on the small leaves.
