Victorian Achimene

trying to find out what VICTORIAN ACHIMENE looks like and how big it gets?

Submitted by raw19602000

Achimenes are commonly called orchid pansies, although they're related to African violets rather than orchids or pansies. Achimenes flowers look a lot like streptocarpus, another African violet relative. Blooms are usually some shade of pink, purple, or white, and plants grow about 10 inches tall. They are often grown in containers and kept dormant through the cold winter months.
