Rose questions

I planted a packet of wild flowers in the spring, and right in the middle of them is a very nice rose bush starting. It has grown about 3 to 4 feet high right now, no blossoms yet, not sure if I should trim it yet or not, but my question is I am moving in a month and I want to take it with me, is that possible, and if it is HOW??? I live in Salt Lake City, UT. I also wondered if you can put them in a pot.
