Thanks for writing. I'm sorry, but I can't say for sure what's wrong without being able to see your hydrangeas in person.
They may be in too much sun if they're getting direct afternoon sun for more than two or three hours. Endless Summer Hydrangeas don't like exposure to the hot summer sun in your area.
How much do you water them? They like consistently moist soil, but not swampy or saturated. So it's helpful to let the top inch of so of the soil start to dry before you water again.
Hydrangeas are susceptible to a number of fungal diseases that can cause leaf spotting. Get more information about some of these diseases and their treatment here.
