Disease in Stell d-oros

This is the second year in a row that my stella-d-oros get a few yellow to brown leaves and do not bloom, please help! They look fine until it is time to bloom, then I start noticing the yellow and brown leaves.

It's possible that your Stella d'Oro daylilies have daylily rust. It's a relatively new disease that can attack daylilies. Varieties differ in their susceptibility to the rust, and Stella is considered moderately susceptible. The American Horticulture Society has a good description of daylily rust and other diseases that can affect daylilies here.
