Brown "road map" on leaves
Hi, Lisa. You've got Columbine leaf miners. The best and simplest treatment is to snip off and destroy the disfigured leaves, and then in the fall, remove all plant debris to ground level. You may be able to find an insecticide labeled for Columbine leaf miner, but they can be tough to kill because they're sheltered between the top and bottom layers of the leaf.
