Cauliflower Fruit

I planted cauliflower for the first time and there growing quit well but I don't see any evidence of fruit. Do I need to pinch them back to force fruit startup?

Don't pinch back the cauliflower. The head develops at the growing tip. Pinching the growing tip would force branching and delay the development of the head.
