Calla Lilies No Longer Bloom

I had an outdoor pot of calla lilies that bloomed beautifully for 2 summers, but for the last 2 summers, all that comes up are the green leaves. I thought maybe they were too crowded in the pot, so I divided them among 2 pots; again only green leaves. I am in zone 9 and the pots are in morning sun, afternoon shade. Any suggestions?

Well it could be that they were crowded, but haven't yet recovered from being divided. I guess I would advocate patience here and refrain from feeding them since too much plant food can cause the plant to grow lots of leaves but few flowers.
